Windows 10 Trouble with Bulk Removing Unusual Footnotes

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with these types of footnotes and if there is an easy way to remove them in bulk? I have attached a sample of the document.

Ctrl+Shift+f9 removes normal footnotes, but not these as far as I can see.
