Auto correct list in the ribbon

Dear Sirs



I have made lots of auto correct entries where whole page of material will be inserted.

But the problem is I dont remember which is the autocorrect letters connected.

Can anyone help to get the list of these short letters that is associated with the linked material?

My Office 2019 will be different than your Office 97 but AutoCorrect will probably be in the Options/Proofing section so look for those keywords.
In my case the list is shown as follows. Use the vertical scroll bar to see all entries: -

In Word 97, i believe the menu tree is Tools > Options > Proofing and then a button for AutoCorrect Options.

The utility you can download from here will give you a list of all AutoCorrect entries and their trigger phrase/code.
How can I import and export all my AutoCorrect entries, so they can be transferred to another machine?

Uhm, what does this have to do with the Ribbon? Do you perhaps mean the menus?


Ribbon versions of word require a different backup tool.

Tku sir. I am having a voluminous manual. So want to have say 100 of short forms for a page or important paragraphs. In that case it will be very helpful to have a customised button in the ribbon to see the 100 of the created short forms and pick what is required. Can you guid me in this regard sir?

Word 97 does not have a "Ribbon."
It does have menus and does have toolbars.
You may be talking about putting a button on the toolbar.
You would be trying to add the command for ToolsAutoCorrectOptions (I think).
