![]() I create Word templates that get used around the world from a Loss Assignment system. The templates themselves are stored on a single server, currently the US. What happens is they run a report on the system, the system retrieves a particular template (based on lookups) from a remote server; populates fields in the Word document (from the Case being viewed) and also populates the current date Users can edit and save this document, but it is always saved back to the remote location. They can open and modify the document many times, so the date of saving will be updated each time All the templates have the Word SAVEDATE for the document print/save date The problem I have is that the remote server is in the US and some users are in Australia and when they save documents, the saved date is often 15 hurs earlier, ie, the day before. Because these are auditable documents referring to Insurance claims the dates are locked from editing for security reasons. Is there any way to make my Australian templates display the SAVEDATE with an offet set of plus 15 hours? |

This has already been addressed in https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-savedate.html.
Kindly don't start multiple threads on the same topic. Thread closed.
