Default Why is MS Office 2010 installed by Administrator

I reinstalled MS Office 2010 in Windows 10, 64-bit. v. 1903 (the version from hell).

To make a long story short, Normal.dotm wound up in

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\T emplates

instead of the desired

C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

and I get lack of space error, cannot close Word, and cannot open docx files by double-clicking on them.

I do not think [User] is an administrator account, but i would want it to be, at least while I am reinstalling all my apps (after a clean install of 1903 ... did I say "the version from hell?)

Kindly let me know what I should do to get back to normal (no pun intended). I am at whit's end.

Contrary to what I said, my Win 10 login account is an administrator account.

Open Word and go to File > Options > Advanced > scroll to the bottom and click on File Locations. Modify the User Templates location to your preferred location.

Does that fix the issue?
