Select / replace all words containing a certain character

Hello,

I want to find all words containing "aw", I want the entire word selected then replaced with all caps. I'm having trouble with this. The answer will be able to accomplish this :

awake = AWAKE
craw = CRAW
jawline = JAWLINE
