Not Printing Word Controls Field Text
I have a Word Form document. I have entered controls to be used to enter data. If a control has not been used, I need the control field data not to print, i.e.,
The first 3 are used and the following 4 are not. I need the last 4 not to print the field data but leave the row intact. The field data are in a table. 1: Steel pot. 2: Steel lid. 3: Yellow pot. 4: Yellow lid. Item #: Click to enter Description. Item #: Click to enter Description. Item #: Click to enter Description. Item #: Click to enter Description. Also, I have two check boxes, Felony and Misdemeanor; how do I make it so they can only select one? I have attached the document for your convenience. Thanks! |

Only select one: use legacy radio buttons and put them in the same group. (This is a radio button property.)
Here is a temporary link to such a document. https://www.dropbox.com/s/u9zb7um1e7...page.docx?dl=0 |
