Default How to rearange styles order in mac version

Hi there.

My friend ask me to help him to re-arrange styles in quick styles menu. Ha wants them to appear in different custom order.
The problem is that he has mac 16.24 version. And everything seems to work a bit differently. For instance he does not have the same functionality for "manage styles". I've been searching a while but all tutorials are windows-oriented.

I would appreciate any help.

Other than extensive macros which I do not know will work on a Mac, there is no way to do it on the Mac in the current version. (I do not know that these settings can even be accessed by macros in the Windows version, I've never tried.)

What you can do is prepare a template for your friend using the Windows version.
I do not know whether or not Word for the Mac uses Quick Style Sets. If it does, you could also prepare such a set.
