Other than extensive macros which I do not know will work on a Mac, there is no way to do it on the Mac in the current version. (I do not know that these settings can even be accessed by macros in the Windows version, I've never tried.)
What you can do is prepare a template for your friend using the Windows version. I do not know whether or not Word for the Mac uses Quick Style Sets. If it does, you could also prepare such a set. |
