If you are OK with plain text content controls, see Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls.
Otherwise, see Mapped Content Controls by Greg Maxey, MVP. I assume you mean "Content Control" and not "Text Box." Jargon can be a real key to getting help.
