Hi,
I have an rtf word document which has some information that is duplicated in a standard word document. This is a rough idea of what I have in the rtf doc... Column 1 Column 2 A xxxxxx 1 B xxxxxx 2 C xxxxxx 3 D xxxxxx 4 The normal word doc is like this... Column 1 Column 2 A B C D Is there a way of matching the info from the rtf doc column 2 into Column 2 of the word doc? Hope this makes sense? |

If these are table columns, you can just copy and paste the data.

1. Click on "Insert" tab
2. Locate "Object" and click "Text from File" from the dropdown menu. 3. Select the files to be merged into the current document. Note: This method applies both to Word 2010 and Word 2007 |
