Hoping someone can help

I use a Word framespage with hyperlinks to documents that are called up into particular frames according to the links and bookmarks I set.

My Framespage utilizes 8 frames for this purpose

I changed from office 2010 to 2019 and when I opened my framespage the text in each frame was contrained as though it has about a 1cm margin on both the left and right side of the text.

each of the frames has the same issue

I tried changing Margins settings but no effect.

Is there another setting controlling this effect.

there was no such issue in word 2010
