Convert template back into editable word document
I created several word templates with text boxes for end users to submit conference proposals. The editors now want to be able to edit those proposals, but I can't find an easy way to make them into regular word documents so the proposers content can easily be edited. Is there a way to do this?

Templates is word jargon for a particular kind of file, not just a pattern.
Templates in Microsoft Word If it is a template, the normal result of use is a new document which can be edited. Can you perhaps post a sample of one of your templates? How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum. |

corrected language/Attached samples - blank and completed
Hi Charles,
Now that you say that, I realize you are correct. I have been using the wrong terminology. I created a .docx file with text form fields added. Please see attached one of my blank templates and one of the completed samples. Maybe you can help me figure out what is going on and where I took a turn. |
