Default Problem with TOC page numbers

I am having issues with a couple of my TOC items. When I view the TOC, although the majority of it is fine, a few of the page numbers don't display right-aligned with the periods in front. Because this is done through code, I'm not sure why it is happening. Does anyone have some help with this?

Done through code?

Automatic TOC?

It is created through the use of a Field Code that is updated in VBA code.
The field code is: { TOC \o "1,5" \h \z \t }

Look at both linked pages.

The formatting of a TOC is controlled by the relevant TOC styles.

From your descriptions it sounds as if there may be a tab stop that is catching some of your page numbers.
