Default Dynamic Text Formatting

Good day,

Is there a way that MSWORD can automatically change the text format as I type, into an existing document, to a colour other than the colour of the general text, within that same document. e.g Document X has 300 words in black. I change one sentence to read "a lazy dog" to "lazy dogs"

Using track changes, by default adding 's' to 'dog' will change 'dog' to 'dogs'
