Default Text placement in a table need to be changed

Hello, I've placed a table in my docx file and was about to put a specific text inside. However my pointer sets in 2 places either this from photo 1 (first from left) or (after pushing 'down arrow' button) 2 (second from left) by default. I'd like to have it placed as on photo 3 (third from left) just above the black line but cannot make such a move.
I cannot make a move with my table as well cause it's part of the bigger structure so I don't want have it destroyed.
Any solution?
Thanks in advance.
