Hi,
I am working at laboratory and I have file called "analysis request form" with some question such as;

Customer name:
Address:
Sample name:


Tests will be performed:
and more...

I was asked to add second language to this form.

I would like to create word document such that when i open the file it will ask which language i need, turkish or english, than it will translate questions on the form.

I don't want to use word translation feature which could also translate customer's answers.

Is it possible to do that?
