My document title now has the word (Repaired) at the end

What does (Repaired) mean?

Have I lost part of the document?

How do I get rid of the word (Repaired)?

It means that there was something wrong with the file structure.

Perhaps, probably not. Some formatting may be changed.

How do I get rid of the word (Repaired)?

Use File > Save As and save under the old name. Do not overwrite an old file, though, unless you are sure you will not need it.
