Default Creating Tags or Shrinking Doc ?

I would like to create something like the attached picture. How would I go about doing this in Word?

I would like it to be about the size of a credit card (possibly a little larger)...

I plan to laminate the paper once I put the info I want on there.

_____________

If I wanted them to be plastic like the picture, does anyone know of a place to get them done (e.g. fedex/kinkos)?

It's not apparent this really has anything to do with Word. Yes, Word can create labels about the size of a credit card - using the tools found under Mailings|Labels, but it seems to me you need to do nothing more than a basic layout you can take to someone who can produce credit cards and the like. Alternatively, you could print to suitable label stock after setting up the labels as described above, then apply them the business cards which you'd laminate.

To do these onto plastic cards you would need to phone around the various local print shops in your area.

Your examples don't look as thick as a credit card so it is possible (but a long shot) that your own printer is capable of printing onto mylar or some equivalent stock you could purchase from an office supplies shop. Be very careful though that the heat of your fuser doesn't melt the mylar inside your printer - that would be an expensive mistake to make.
