Default how to change the selected area background color

Hi,

I use black background for my word documents. Whenever I select a word or words on this background, the color background that shows the selected words is very dark, so it is dark on dark and I can't see what words I have selected. When I do it on a white background, the background color of the selected text is blue and shows very well.

There must be a way to be able to change the selected text background color. How can I do it?
