You could put the bottom part in a text box and move it down. For that matter, you could have put the title in a text box and centered it.
Make sure the rest of your document is not centered vertically, or things will get interesting. Your cover page should really be in a separate section if it is vertically centered. Sections / Headers and Footers in Microsoft Word 97-2003 |
