Default Paragraph Numbering on the Right of Text

Good day everybody.

Since this is my first post, I would like to thank everyone in advance for any kind of assistance/information they can offer regarding the following need. In particular, I am trying to find out if Word can insert (ideally automatically) numbering of paragraphs, not on the left of the text, but on the right. I have noticed that there are books (especially about law) that on the first page they have such numbering of paragraphs on the right and the second page on the left. As attached you will find the specific page I am talking about.

Is this something that can be done with Word or do you need any kind of desktop publisher? I have been using MS Office 2010 and haven't found out such an option and Google didn't help at all. Regardless of what I tried I could not achieve to reproduce the same kind of format/layout.

Any ideas?

Once again thank you for your trouble.
