I believe you will have to post a sample document for us to look at.

Please read through this entire thread. Have you tried each of the things suggested?


Sample document - not screenshot? How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum.


Or- post a new question (with a sample) as your problem is unlikely to be exactly the same problem even if it seems so on your end.

And you will get the same response - post an actual sample document that demonstrates the issue. It doesn't need to be the entire document, just enough that we can see the footnote with the issue.
