Ability to SAVE Custom Text Effects & Typography
Why is there currently no ability to SAVE custom text effects & typography (or word art, for that matter)? I may be missing something here, but documentation on this is non-existent from what I've searched online.
It's very annoying making a custom "Text Effect & Typography" configuration, only to not be able to save it or overwrite the one it's based off of. 😒 I know I can make it into a "style" preset, but it shouldn't have to be the only way to get work done quickly. Microsoft? Please make this a feature. |

Here is an example you can download of saved (old) WordArt.

If you are referring to the Text Effects that you can access in the Font dialog box, it can be saved to a style; in Word, that is the recommended way to store font and character formatting.
WordArt is different, though. As Doug pointed out, it must be dealt with by different means.
