Thumbs up Need Search and Replace Help w Wildcards

Have a long list of words that are undesireable and want to check if they have been used on the net by a prospective political candidate. Google requires the word to be preceeeded and followed by a quote - so the Search would be as an example:
Candidate Name "Racist" "Chemtrails" "Ghetto" "White-Power" "9/11"

The list of words is a single column 4 pages long a new paragraph character and single line space between each word. The list has hyphenated words a few numbers eg. (9/11),and occasionally two words seperated by a single space, some have a pound sign

in front of a tweet string eg., #whitepower, #white-power.

Using search and Replace in editing how do I put quotes in front and after each word(s) your help will save hours of searching by each word against the Candidate Name.

It's up to you what you specify as the replacement text; ^& will retain the original and you could modify the macros to apply a particular format to the offending words so as to make them more easily identifiable.
