Click the ¶ icon on the Home tab to display nonprinting marks. You'll see that there is a paragraph mark (¶) at the beginning of the last page. That paragraph mark is associated with the table on the preceding page. You can't delete the mark but you can format it as hidden. You may also apply Line Spacing 1 point, 1 point Font Size. When you are done, hide the nonprinting marks again. See the "Table at the end of the document" section in the article at http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/BlankPage.htm.
