Words are getting underlined in Red and Cannot use the content for publishing

Hello All,

Most of the documents we download are getting errors. The words are underlined in red and the content is not usable. Whenever we check the Keyword density the words are missing characters and the keywords are not recognized.

Any help would be appreciated.
