Exclamation Unable to insert picture

Hello all. Was wondering if any one can assist my query.

I am trying to insert a picture. It is not a read only document but the document (see image URL above) will only allow me to insert text within textboxes. Also I can't type any thing beyond the textboxes.

Is there any way of overriding this?

Thank you...

Evidently, your document has 'filling in forms' protection applied. If it's not password protected, you can remove the 'filling in forms' protection, but then the rest of the form might not work as intended.

PS: Please attach images, etc. directly to your post (at a suitable size) instead of linking to a 3rd-party site. I have edited your post accordingly.

You would need to activate the Developer tab, which isn't appearing in your screenshot (see File|Options|Customize Ribbon>Customize the Ribbon), then go to Develop|Restrict Editing>Editing Restrictions>Unprotect.
