Changing Page Size Problem
Hi All,
I have an A4 portrait page with a standard border which works just fine, no printing or layout problems. When I change the width to anything above the 21 cm I loose the top border. Any ideas as to why and how to fix it. Best Rgds, Dave R Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-05-2018 at 05:34 AM. Reason: Mark as solved |

A4 paper measures 21 x 29.7cm so if you set the width above 21cm I would assume that Word assumes you want to rotate the paper to landscape.
Perhaps you should change the page setup to A3 which gives you 42 x 29.7cm to work with.

Hi Andrew,
Yep, tried all that still no go. When I put it to A3 in portrait mode the top and bottom edges disappear and if I change it to landscape the left and right enges disappear - beats me. Best Rgds, Dave R. |

Hi Andrew,
I must be getting old, just start from the beginning and it works just fine, this dumb bunny was trying to modify an existing A4 layout. Best Rgds, Dave R. |
