Question Styles format not permanent


Alterations in Word's style format get back to old format every time Word is reopened in spite of checking box to add them to the model.
Same occurs when personalizing tool bars.

According to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906899/pt-br sometimes happens after installation of Adobe Acrobat. To correct follow instructions in the same link.
