MS Office 2013
I'm certain that this has been discussed to death (yet after 20min of surfing, I've found nothing); apologizes in advance. (If anyone can simply re-direct me...) I have a document in a multilevel list format (and it works well: tab denotes a level; alt-tab promotes...) HOWEVER, when I view it in OUTLINE... everything is a "BODY TEXT" (although there are multiple levels being used) I could convert each line -individually- to an outline level...that would take a lot more effort than I ought to have to expend... (thought that outline levels would already be there from the multi-level list, but not (?)) there has to be a simpler way (?) any suggestions will be greatly appreciated in advance, m. |
