ERROR: unable to insert Excel spreadsheet
Help! When trying to insert an Excel worksheet into Word (both 2007) using > Insert > Table > Excel ss, I get the following ERROR message: "The program use to create this object is Excel. That program is not installed on your computer. To edit this object, you must install a program that can open the object." I use Word & Excel frequently, but this is the first time I’ve tried this insert operation. I CAN insert a blank Excel sheet using > Insert > Text > Object > Excel ss, but not an existing file. Thanks for any suggestions. |
