We have a document (created from Dynamics 365 and stored in Sharepoint). We edit the document, and want to send it via Outlook. Thats not problem. The problem is that we want to bring with us an email adress inn the document and fill out the "to" field in the Outlook mail. Any idea if that's possible ?

You can add a mailto type of hyperlink in the document. However, the recipient must click that link and they must have an e-mail client installed.
