Auto populate text
Hello, I write leasing contracts all day in MS office 2007 and have been able to make a lot of progress in respect to automating the process as much as possible, however, I have not been able to figure out how to auto populate fields from within the document. For example, the persons name will be written on virtually every page and rather than copying and pasting this throughout the document I would like to type it in the first time and have the rest of the document fill in automatically. Is this even possible? There are several fields I could see this being useful for so any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

In Office 2007 there's Quick Parts under Insert menu. The Document Property inserts for an example information pulled from properties. You can enter to your document the fields and every time you change properties, those fields will be updated accordingly.
