Dear all

I am intended to make a form for Ordering some Good with Word 2016

It has

Vendor Name
Vendor Address
Vendor E-mail

I can make a combo box to select the Vendor name, then i want the rest of the data of Vendor address and E-mail to be prompted up like Mailmerge field

How can i do it?
