Hi all,
I'm a private teacher and wish to have: Especially prepared for: customername on my headers. I'm hoping there's a way to store customername externally and then link to it in my headers. Thus, as I'm preparing a whole lot of docs for a new student or reusing old ones - all I need change is this one field. Possible? Many thanks Mark ![]() |

That sounds like a job for a mailmerge. See, for example: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...B-0A948FA3D7D3
