Default Table of Contents ERROR - Help!

Hey guys!

I am formatting a book in word and when I enter the table of contents, some of the contents and their corresponding pages go way outside the margins. On the even pages, it actually goes right off the page. I can't figure out how to fix this one. I've tried deleting then re-inserting it but no luck.

I've taken a screenshot so you can see:

Also, here is the file you can see and troubleshoot. (I've removed most of the book contents but kept the chapter headings so you can play around with it.)

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
