Word used to have a double arrow at the top & bottom of the vertical scrollbar for the purpose of scrolling up or down one page at a time, as opposed to one screen at a time. Is it gone altogether, or is there a setting that I can change to get it back?

Use Ctrl+G to open the GoTo box. Pick page. Use the PgUp and PgDn buttons.


The feature you refer to, the browse object, was removed with Word 2013.

Charles, thank you for letting me know that the option I was looking for no longer exists.
Stefan, I tried your suggestion. It does the same thing as the PgUp and PgDn buttons. Scrolls up or down 1 screen at a time, not the full page scrolling I was looking for.

Changing the search or browse item in the GoTo dialog also changes the function of the PgUp and PgDn keys.

Did you specifically assign a shortcut to NextPage and PrevPage? Doing that works just fine here.

Note that you can assign a specific keyboard shortcut to the NextPage and PrevPage commands, respectively. Click File | Options | Customize Ribbon | Customize; in the dialog box, locate to the All Commands category and then find NextPage and PrevPage.
