Multi-Page Printing Cant Print in Proper Page Order

It is not that hard. It is not default because you are asking Word to do something that is not natural.

If you print one page per sheet with duplex it works fine. You would not want Word printing a blank page for you.

If you want hard, try setting it up so that you can stack it up and staple in the center!
