I have a protected form with certain sections protected for filling in forms, and some sections not protected. In a section that is not protected, there will be several pictures added to this section. To keep the file size down, I want to allow picture compression. Currently, Word blocks out the compress pictures option in a protected form.

Is there a way to allow all the pictures to be compressed in a Word form protected document without having to unprotect the document?
