Word 2016 - underlines do not appear in document
User does not see underlines existing in her document in Print Layout view; they show in Print Preview or when the document is "printed" to PDF. Her secretary and I can see the lines when we open the document in Print Layout view. All are on the same build of Office 2016, same hardware, and best I can tell the same default settings in Word.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix short of uninstalling / reinstalling Office?
