![]() User does not see underlines existing in her document in Print Layout view; they show in Print Preview or when the document is "printed" to PDF. Her secretary and I can see the lines when we open the document in Print Layout view. All are on the same build of Office 2016, same hardware, and best I can tell the same default settings in Word. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix short of uninstalling / reinstalling Office? |

This is most likely to be a display driver issue. Try updating the faulty PC's display driver.

Since this appears to be a display issue, only, see if changing the zoom makes a difference.
As Paul suggested, updating the display driver may be a permanent fix.

I've noticed this issue as well. I actually think it possibly started after I updated the display driver a while back. Could that be possible?
