Exclamation Need macro for automatic point value insertion based on the number of answer choices selected

I need the macro to insert/select the Point Values automatically based on the number of answer choices selected.

Point Values contain the values in Drop-down List Content Control as 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06.

When i select the answer(s) as "X" (which is styled as "Correct Answers"), automatically select the point value from the Drop-down control.

Please can anyone help me out on this?
