Why isn't cross-references dialogue box in numerical order?
The list of figures in the cross-references dialgoue box is not in numerical order. Why is this? It would be easier to navigate if it were in a predictable order.

I suspect the order is what it is because you've moved some of the captioned items around without refresh the numbering, which you can do via Ctrl-A, F9.
