Default Bullets automatically change values

I'm combining 2 word files together. The original file has a table with two columns of which the left column is filled with texts (having bullets).
I translate this file into another language and preserve the formatting.

What happens is that when I copy the contents of the translated file into the original word file's right column. The values of the bullets change for both the columns. I don't know why this happens. I'm sorry if this is a little difficult to understand but this is the best I can explain.

Can anyone please help me figure out why the bullet values change?
I have manually arranged the bullets for like 40 pages but it gets really cumbersome.

Is there a way to preserve the values I have manually corrected until now when I paste new texts (with bullets) into the already corrected file?

I'm sorry if this is confusing but can anyone help?
