Change in page number format
I have a 72 page document and the page number format changed in one section - from left justified to centered and without the word "Page". Also, there appears to be a broken horizontal line on the left side below the centered page number. How do I get the page numbering format to be the same as the previous section? Thanks, Mike |

Ask yourself why the section break is there at all? If you delete the section break between section 12 and 13 then the page setups and header/footers from Section 13 will flow back into Section 12. You can then add a new section break again if you really need it and the header/footers should be better.
Alternately, you could select the Link to Previous to remove that footer and replace it with the same footer as the preceding section.

Thanks. I had tried deleting the section break before Section 12, and that brought the centered page numbers into Section 11. Just now I tried deleting the section break AFTER Section 12, and that solved the problem.
