Start page numbering on second page ("link to previous" is greyed-out)
I'm trying to follow the instructions here to start page numbering later in my document but I cannot because 'link to previous' is greyed out. Can anyone please advise how to start the page numbering on the second page? Thanks.

You will have to insert a section break first. After that you can unlink headers (and/or footers). See http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/FrontMatterRibbon.htm.
However, in this particular case, selecting the "Different first page" option on the Header & Footer Tools Design tab may suffice.
