Default Combining two word files into two different columns in a single word file

Hi everyone,

I want to be able to arrange the contents of two word files into 2 separate columns of a single word file.
Reason: One word file is in english and the other word file is in Japanese (They are just translations and the contents are the same). I want to make a word document where I can compare them side by side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm new here so please be kind to me.

Thank you.

Use a two column borderless table.

Mr. Mayor, thank you for the answer
With the bullets and tables and formatting it takes a lot of arranging and rearranging, I was wondering if there was some other way to have the contents arranged just like in the document but combined so we could compare.

Thank you.

You can compare two documents side by side by using the View > View Side by Side

If you want to bring them into the same document then double the page size and do as Graham suggested.
