adding [ ] to every paragraph
Hi
I have a list of 500 keywords that i've organised into paragraphs in mac os E.g phrase 1 phrase 2 phrase 3 I would like to add the below to every line [phrase 1 near me] [phrase 2 near me] [phrase 3 near me] I've managed to add the [ ] by utilizing the find feature and then Find: ^p Replace: ]^p[ However when i try to add in the 'near me' phrase i don't get a space. Please see image attached. All i want to know is how to i add a space between the original text and near me I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance |

You need to insert a space preceding 'near me' in your Replace expression. For example:
Find = ^p Replace = ^32near me]^p[
