How to adjust table of content for arabic style?

Hello,

I'm trying to prepare a transfer for my document from powerpoint to word for more simplicity in finalizing the work.

I worked on my own headings, then I tried to do the table of content, it worked but there are problems in the spacing between the numbers and text, also the full stops after each numbering is on the opposite direction.

So how can I fix this?
