Default Cant paste into word
Im trying to paste a link into word 2007 and nothing happens. Havent seen this before . any tips?

Philh, I've found that after I run a lot of macros the copy paste function stops working until I reboot my computer.

Maybe you need to repair your Office installation; nothing about philh's post or posting history suggests macros are an issue.

Is the problem only with pasting links? Or is there a problem pasting other content as well?

sorry I have been away and not had a chance to respond.
The problem is not just links but any content at all.
Interestingly paste special works but this isnt so useful.

See if Word runs normally in Safe mode (https://support.office.com/en-us/art...3-528af4f7ac72). If it does, troubleshoot COM and Startup add-ins as discussed in the article at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...rt-or-use-word.
